Country Sash Presentation in Meeting Room 5 (Holiday Inn)
Dress: Elegant Indian or Evening gown
Day 2
Monday, August 25
9:00 am – After breakfast “Mumbai Darshan” Sight Seeing of Mumbai and landmarks of Mumbai by air conditioned bus.
*Possibly, see a bollywood live show (last time it was Kapil Sharma Show)
Packaged lunch on the bus.
Pick up packaged dinner on return to Holiday Inn
Dress: Black or blue pants and T Shirts provided by IFC and sneakers.
**Must have your country sash.**
Day 3
Tuesday, August 26
9:30 am – After breakfast “Personal Branding for Women” workshop with Raj Suri – National Director Australia, Producer/Actor Bollywood, Fashion Photographer
Dress: Pants/IFC T Shirts. Bring High heels
10:30 am – Practice with celebrity choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and ramp trainers
Lunch while practice continues
Meeting Room 5 (Holiday Inn)
Dinner TBA
Day 4
Wednesday, August 27
9:30 am – Practice with celebrity choreographers Sandip Soparrkar and ramp Trainer
Lunch while practice continues
Meeting Room 5 (Holiday Inn)
Dress: Pants/IFC T Shirts. Bring high heels
Dinner: TBA
Day 5
Thursday, August 28
9:00 am –After breakfast

Practice at Meeting Room 5 (Holiday Inn)

Evening: Contestants spend time and dinner with family & friends.
Day 6
Friday, August 29
After breakfast leave by bus to Majestic Ballroom of The Lalit Hotel
9:30 am – hair/make up (provided by IFC)
11:00 am
Talent & Evening Gown segment (to be judged)
Ticketed Event
3:00 pm
Hair and make up (provided by IFC)
6:00 pm
Reception
7:00 pm
Grand Finale and crowning
Dinner following the crowning

Saturday, August 30
After breakfast check out from Holiday Inn by 11 am
